Orders

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once your order has been completed, you will be directed to a confirmation page. This confirmation will also be emailed to you, but please allow time for this email to arrive.

Once your items have been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you cannot find any of these emails, please check your spam folder. 

Can I track my order?

Yes of course! Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details which you can access at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been completed we are unable to make changes. Cancelling may be possible if we are notified in time. Please email as soon as possible so we can try and fulfil your request. 

My order is incorrect or faulty?

We are so sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via the contact us page within 30 days of receiving your order to get this sorted. Our customer service team will need your order number and evidence of the incorrect or faulty item to process.

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate of $9 worldwide or free for orders over $150

How long will shipping take?

Shipping can take approximately 10-15 days depending on your location. 

However, we aim to process orders and ship them as soon as possible.

Please note you may experience some delays around busy periods including holidays and site wide sales.

How long is processing time?

We endeavour to pack and ship your orders within 48-72 hours of completion.

What if I'm not home to receive my parcel?

If there is a safe place to leave, the courier may leave your parcel unattended. If not, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel. 

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please understand we can only accept returns for incorrect or faulty items. Please contact us via our contact us page with your order number and evidence of the incorrect or faulty item.

Can I unsubscribe?

Yes of course, but we are sad to see you go. You can find the unsubscribe button on the bottom of our newsletters.
